In her role as Director of EBLC North Town, Carin is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming environment where children, families, and teachers feel connected and supported. She believes that strong relationships are at the heart of quality early childhood education and places a strong emphasis on getting to know the families she serves and building meaningful connections with them.

Carin values having a strong presence in the classrooms and being actively involved in the day-to-day experiences of both children and teachers. She enjoys working alongside her team, offering encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support to help teachers feel confident and successful in their classrooms. She believes strong leadership means being present, approachable, and willing to jump in whenever support is needed.

Most importantly, Carin believes learning should be fun! She loves creating an atmosphere filled with joy, connection, and meaningful experiences where children can learn, grow, and enjoy being kids.

In her role as Program Coordinator at EBLC North Town, Cassidy brings a fun, laid-back, and flexible approach to supporting the children, families, and teachers in our center. She values creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and able to enjoy their day.

In her role as Program Coordinator at EBLC North Town, Cassidy brings a fun, laid-back, and flexible approach to supporting the children, families, and teachers in our center. She values creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and able to enjoy their day.

Cassidy enjoys being present throughout the center and is always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. Whether she is supporting a classroom, helping a teacher work through a busy moment, connecting with children, or assisting with the day-to-day needs of the program, Cassidy brings a team-first attitude and a willingness to help.

Her easygoing personality, flexibility, and love of having fun help create a welcoming atmosphere for both children and staff. Cassidy believes that some of the best days are filled with connection, laughter, and teamwork, and she is excited to help make EBLC North Town a place where everyone feels like they belong.

Daniel | Facility Coordinator

In his role as Facility Coordinator and Kitchen Staff, Daniel brings years of dedication, dependability, and service to the EBLC team. Dan has been part of the EBLC family for four years, beginning at our Pines location, and we are so excited to have him as part of our North Town team.

In his role as Facility Coordinator and Kitchen Staff, Daniel brings years of dedication, dependability, and service to the EBLC team. Dan has been part of the EBLC family for four years, beginning at our Pines location, and we are so excited to have him as part of our North Town team.

Before joining EBLC, Dan proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Master Sergeant. His strong work ethic, leadership, and willingness to jump in wherever he is needed have made him an important part of EBLC over the years.

Dan plays a key role in keeping our center running smoothly each day. As part of our kitchen team, he prepares and provides the meals served to our children, helping ensure they are cared for and fueled throughout the day. He also supports facility needs, classrooms, and staff whenever an extra hand is needed. Dan’s reliability, flexibility, and commitment to serving others make him a valued part of the EBLC North Town team.
